These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses leavealegacy1.org (the “site”), operated by J LEGACY Inc. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. You must be 18 or older to use our services or apply for a job with us.

Job applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a job offer. Pay ranges and opportunities described on the site are general information, not an offer of employment, and they can change.

When you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, you agree to receive informational messages from J LEGACY, such as replies to your inquiry, interview scheduling and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, submit false information, or copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Links to other websites

The site may link to third-party websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if you breach these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, J LEGACY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us through the site, or $1 if you paid nothing.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us.

Visitors outside the U.S.

If you live in the European Union, you still benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government list of restricted parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
